Missing or Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered) By placing an order on this website, you agree that neither the courier (Canada Post, UPS, or otherwise) nor Lips & Lines + can be held responsible for packages marked "Delivered" that are later stolen or go missing from your property. If this happens, please report it to your local police department and file a claim with your home or renter's insurance — Lips & Lines + is not able to issue a refund or reship the order in these cases.

Clinic Services Aesthetic and medical services booked through Lips & Lines + are provided by our Nurse Practitioner–led clinical team. Booking a service does not create a guarantee of specific results. Consultation is required before certain treatments, and eligibility is determined by our clinical team.
Third-Party Links Our site may link to third-party websites or content that is not owned or controlled by Lips & Lines +. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
